NST series Cross Flow Open Type Cooling Tower  
The NST series cooling tower features a cross-flow open design and is widely utilized in small and medium-sized industries, HVAC systems, and locations with lower water quality requirements. Additionally, a multi-cells design could be provided based on specific working conditions.

• The cross flow open-loop system design allows for a large filler heat exchange area, ensuring ample contact with air and enabling fast heat transfer, ultimately resulting in high efficiency.

• Maximize the utilization of water resources and minimize wastage, while implementing the principle of natural ventilation to decrease energy consumption.

• The internal structure of the fill packing layer and tower body is robust and stable, exhibiting exceptional impact resistance, ensuring that the packing remains undamaged and unobstructed.

• Simple construction and internal maintenance platform designed for making operation and maintenance convenient.

> Axial Fan Drive System

The design of the forward blade structure and streamlined high-strength axial flow fan, along with the belt reduction drive, ensures smooth transmission, high efficiency, low noise, and simple maintenance. The motor boasts a protection grade of IP55 and an insulation grade of F, providing enhanced safety and reliability.* Gearbox reducer ，Two-speed or variable frequency, anti-explosion motor or permanent magnet motor is optional. The system can also be enhanced to utilize a permanent magnet motor direct drive fan, resulting in additional power savings.

> PVC Filler Integrated Drift Eliminator & Air Inlet Grille

Significantly minimize water drift loss, and ensure optimal heat transfer performance. The unique surface texture provides ample heat exchange surface area, enhancing overall efficiency. *High-temp resistant filler is optional to meet the requirement of special working conditions.

The hot water basin is equipped with densely spaced anti-clogging PP nozzles, ensuring the uniform distribution of gravity-fed water for an optimal spray coverage.* Optional High- Low Varied Flow Nozzles guarantee uniform water distribution even in low flow conditions.

The dual-tiered maintenance platform is utilized for the internal upkeep of the cooling tower, particularly for the maintenance of the fan system, providing a safe and convenient solution.
