NSH series Counter Flow Open Type Cooling Tower  

The NSH series cooling tower features a counter-flow open design, compact structure, and dense PVC heat exchange layer to optimize water-air interaction and enhance heat exchange efficiency. It effectively controls the cooling water temperature with a significant decrease, making it particularly suitable for conditions with large temperature differences.

• The counter flow open-loop system enables elevated-density water distribution and heat exchange, resulting in a more stable and efficient cooling process, reducing water consumption.

• The filler layer is installed within the cooling tower to prevent sunlight and microbial growth, thereby extending the lifespan of the filler and lowering maintenance expenses.

• In cold climates, counter flow open cooling towers can easily incorporate anti-freezing measures to ensure uninterrupted equipment operation during the winter months.

• Cooling tower features modular design, offering the flexibility to be chosen as a single unit or multiple units in any combination based on the installation site, catering to various industrial or civil applications.

> Axial Fan Drive System

The design of the forward blade structure and streamlined high-strength axial flow fan, along with the belt reduction drive, ensures smooth transmission, high efficiency, low noise, and simple maintenance. The motor boasts a protection grade of IP55 and an insulation grade of F, providing enhanced safety and reliability.* Gearbox reducer,Two-speed or variable frequency, anti-explosion motor or permanent magnet motor is optional. The system can also be enhanced to utilize a permanent magnet motor direct drive fan, resulting in additional power savings.

> PVC Heat Exchange Layer

The PVC heat exchange layer is composed of the cellular type fill blocks, which are highly resistant to pressure drop. The specially crafted fill sheets create a systematic and compact fluid channel once they are bonded together. As multiple layers of filler blocks are stacked, the water spray area expands, facilitating complete contact between water and air in order to enhance heat exchange efficiency.

Uniform Water Distribution

The strategically positioned ABS Three-splashed-Nozzles, evenly water distribution under low pressure flow; Large caliber and three splashed type design, not easy to block, enhance spray coverage and guarantee continuous effective spraying, ensuring the efficient cooling performance of cooling tower.

Easy-to-detach Air Inlet Louver

The anti-UV PVC air inlet louver is easily removable and serves the primary purpose of ensuring uniform air intake into the cooling tower, preventing debris from entering the tower, and safeguarding the equipment.

Frame& Basin ( Anti-corossion Steel)

The main frame and basin are constructed from high-quality galvanized steel plates, providing enhanced structural connections and stability while also being resistant to corrosion. Additionally, alternative frame options such as full FRP, 304/316 stainless steel, or the more cost-effective NWN-Armour anti-corrosion frame can be selected based on specific working conditions for even greater corrosion resistance.
