At the invitation of the owner, our technical team proposed a reasonable solution for the insufficient performance of the original cooling tower after field investigation. Finally, our solution stand out from a number of powerful suppliers to be the final winning scheme.
When the project was completed, NEWIN technical team carried out field and evaluation (adopt national standard and CTI CTA-105, water vapor ratio evaluation method in field test of cooling tower). The test results showed that the thermal performance of the cooling tower after modification improved 21.5% than the original, and it was reached the meeting of owner’s transformation requirements.
 
More energy saving and emission reduction of the upgraded cooling tower (feedback from owner after a period of operation) : It greatly improves the fuel utilization efficiency as the vacuum degree of the 2x2.5MW generator unit condenser has increased by 3Kpa, about 6000 tons of standard coal consumption has saved on the basis of the original power generation. It was great that there has been another new symbolic technology solution for energy conservation and emission reduction.
